"The Magic" of Rhonda Byrne, Exercise Fourteen

Exercise Fourteen - Have a magical day


Créate from today a good day, it's super positive and is very easy, just have to think and give thanks before you start doing things that has got to today.

In the morning reviewing all the activities you have planned your day around and start listing them ending with the phrase, thank you, because it has gone well.

When finished completing the list with the last sentence magic!, And thanks for the good news that I receive today!

Remember that if you start with the left foot that will create, so let's start with the right foot, in fact, if you sleep in a bad mood or negative thoughts are likely to negatively programes you, this exercise makes you positively and anules programes any residual negative thought you have in the morning. Some people are very methodical and make every day a list of your daily activities, this would be a good time to imitate and add our secret of the magic phrase "thank you, because it has gone well."

In the shower is a good time to start making our list, it's perfect for me, of which we are advised Rhonda Byrne, another is in bed or when we dress, one may do while having breakfast, a matter of taste. If you say it out loud is better, you know I think much of the creative word, pure metaphysics!
