"The Magic" of Rhonda Byrne, Exercise Nineteen

Exercise Nineteen - Steps Magic


Rhonda Byrne is very frank and explains that this exercise was inspired by Albert Einstein (1879 - 1975) with the phrase "A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depends on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I have to force myself to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving. " and his adaptation seems super witty and practice, an exercise that I repeat daily

Today's exercise is super easy and we can do often. We have to give at least 100 steps thanking, not count only thanks, at least is 1 minute 30 seconds apprx, if given more better, really placed a goal of going from one place to another and gives the thanks on the route for each step.

After each step say the magic word "Thanks", do not count the steps, just pick mentally a start point and an end, you can do within your home, office, parking, to go out and buy something in the supermarket, I this the supermarket because I also illuminates when buying what I need.

An additional benefit of this exercise and I share it with Rhonda Byrne, is that when we finished the exercise changes the attitude of the day, if you're a bit bored and depressed, just try, I always brings a smile and that smile is super good for our life.
