Exercise one - Gratitude List
Many of the seminars and retreats in which I have participated have conducted an exercise similar to this, all focused logically to the issue for which it was created. This leads me to be able to say the same as Rhonda Byrne, this exercise is very powerful, it began to germinate the seed intended course and that begins with the interest you have put on my page to enter. The law of attraction is summarized in that attract what you want, think and say, but there is a problem, it's all true, so if you complain about something, you're making a list of negative things will materialize for So we must change everything to have maximum positivity in our day to day which is what I want you all succeed, realize what we really want to heart.
Let us begin, make a list of acknowledgments. Fill your list of ten thanks every day for 28 days with the following sentence. And ends up giving three graces
I'm really lucky because ___________, because ______________thank you, thank you, thank you.
Example:
I am truly lucky to my eyes, because to see everything I do every day, thank you, thank you, thank you. Help, the book gives us these clues to make your list. I put them in title to each

Variation: I think if we do the exercises in a more friendly we will be more happy and thankful to the exercises, which motivate us to do more willingly and generate better results, generating the expected gratitude therefore propose that we only three items on our list daily for 28 days instead of ten, but by visualizing very grateful for this election, I noticed that the twelfth day people get tired and start to fall if not aborted, leaving the unfinished exercises.Note: You can also do after the expiration of the 28 days, when you want.
