Exercise Twenty Seven - The magic mirror
Today sees the mirror look at you and gives thanks for "you", say it with conviction, you are the more you should be thankful that you must say things for which you are grateful to be who you are. Ideally put it in your voice, but it is too complicated you can do with your thoughts, do not forget to put heart and feel that gratitude for you.
Every time you meet a mirror this day repeat the exercise, well you should do whenever you're with you in a mirror, agracete for being who you are.
PS: Check your list loads and appreciates your desire to have them. Do not forget your list of 10 blessings, give thanks to take steps to at least 90 seconds, making your breathing magic, make your list of 3 graces received in the morning, afternoon continuing with the 3 received, the slope of the indications of gratitude and use your magic stone before bed tonight.
