Exercise Twenty - Magic Heart
Rhonda Byrne always tells us to feel gratitude all that more can, and because she teaches us that this is the way to feel good, positive, so the law of attraction will bring the best to you to ask, if you ask OK, so I put these exercises on my blog, because they work, and most important is to change their attitude and be really positive, grateful and faith, we are children of God and we are made in his image and likeness.
Gratitude also helps our body, it is known that this state regulates heart rhythm, positively affecting the body, making it great to be grateful, your body is the first to thank you.
Part One
We will focus on the heart, focus on the eyes closed and repeat mentally or aloud the magic word "Thanks" several times, they want to feel that you are happy and grateful.
Part Two
Take your main wish list, read aloud every desire, when you finish reading each paragraph, close your eyes and focus on your heart, repeat the magic word "Thanks" in each of them. The best thing is that you will feel great and your health will reward you as an extra benefit of being really grateful.
