Exercise Seven - The magic of negativity overcoming

The hardest thing when you find the problem with the law of attraction is to transcend the Appreciation is something more that we identify as the solution of our problems through the law of attraction we can not break out of it. For this we give thanks for all, to create this seed in our unconscious.
One of the things I've worked hard and that I have identified is the stop complaining so I do not think, and you, and you do not complain?, It is very difficult to quit, but this we know that we are doing wrong and change with perseverance. I complained of the heat in the street, traffic, how to lead others, such high taxes the government, medical care, insecurity in the streets, lack of cooperation of the people, in so the list is rather long, giving much importance, but it was important, because negativity. So today I have overcome a lot this problem and try to counter it thanks for the beautiful day, as seen from beautiful clouds in the sky, thank you for the birds that eat the insects, in order to seek grace for whatever you go through in life.

You've identified one of your major problems, if not, I think you would lack to be more honest with say, who does not complain, with or without reason. But if you appreciate the things of everyday life, I think not, here Rhonda Byrne invites us to do, stop complaining and thanks. "It is impossible to be negative if you are grateful," she says and to me is a completely true statement.

You should choose a problem you think is urgent fix, write it on a sheet or word processor, or like me on my cell, can be a health problem, a difficult relationship with a family member or friend, write down 10 things they're thankful for this and at the end write "thank you, thank you, for the perfect solution.".

You should try to pass without saying anything negative today, when you're wrong and you know it deletes those words with the sentence: "But today I must say I am truly grateful for ______.".


Soon you will see how your life changes being more grateful for everything you do and how you feel life, things start to change.
